9. Consulting Services

If you engage our professional consulting services, additional terms and a separate agreement may apply. Consulting deliverables, methodologies, and timelines will be specified in a separate statement of work or consulting agreement.

10. Payment and Subscription

Fees

If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described in your plan. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in your plan terms.

Billing

You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred under your account. If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your access to paid features.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account settings. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days.
