Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of VertexStats subscriptions, analytics software access, and related services sold through the VertexStats website and associated subdomains.

1. Subscription Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you select at checkout. Your plan features, limits, and included deliverables are shown on our pricing page.

2. Trial and First Payment

If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial period ends unless you cancel before renewal. Once a paid billing period starts, your subscription becomes active immediately.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals, but your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current paid billing period unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. Refund Eligibility

We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be considered when:

  • You were charged in error or billed multiple times.
  • There was a verified technical issue that prevented service delivery.
  • A refund is otherwise required by applicable law.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

Unless required by law, the following are generally non-refundable:

  • Partially used billing periods after service access has been granted.
  • Change-of-mind purchases after the subscription has started.
  • Custom consulting, implementation, or one-off service work already delivered.
  • Promotional or discounted purchases clearly marked as final.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us with your account email, purchase details, and the reason for your request. We aim to review requests promptly and respond within a reasonable time.
